美国《信息自由法》对我国档案工作的借鉴价值

摘　　要：2016年6月30日,美国总统奥巴马签署了2016年《信息自由法》的改革法案。这次修改进一步在实践的基础上,适时地以法律的形式提出了政府信息的公开方式和渠道,优化了政府信息公开活动中职能部门的职责。历来档案部门就是政府信息公开的重要窗口,所以从政府信息公开和档案信息公开两者的关系来讲,美国对《信息自由法》的修改频率和力度,也启示着我们在档案信息开放服务方面要做到改革和创新,对我国档案工作具有重要的借鉴价值。On June 30, 2016, the US President Obama signed the reform act of the Information Freedom Law of 2016. On the basis of practice and in form of law, this year＇s amendment puts forward the ways and channels of publicizing government information, and optimizes the ftmctions of government departments in it. The archives department is always an important window for the publicity of government information, so from the perspective of relationship between government and archives information publicity, the modifying frequency and intensity of Information Freedom Law inspires us to make reform and innovation in archives information opening service, and has great reference value to our archival work.
