摘  要:为改善深松效果,基于气压劈裂原理设计一种新型深松机——气压深松机,它是通过对土壤内部注入高压气体,不需翻动土壤实现深松的。该文对整机结构、工作原理及气压深松机控制系统进行设计,并对关键部件进行设计计算和运动分析,进一步对气枪喷气口的运动轨迹进行仿真。结果表明:在设计参数条件下,气枪喷气口按预定轨迹运动,相邻喷气点的水平距离为1.4m,配合不同的喷气深度,可得到良好深松效果。In order to improve the effect of subsoiling, a new type pneumatic subsoiler based on pneumatic fracturing theory was designed. The subsoiling is achieved by injecting high pressure air into soil without turning. The entire structure, working principle and control system of pneumatic subsoiler was designed, and then, calculation and motion of key components were designed and analyzed. After that, the motion trajectories of injection port were simulated. The results show that injection port moves along the predetermined trajectory with the designed parameters. When the horizontal distance is 1.4m, the optimal subsoiling performance can be ob- tained by the coordination of different injection depth.
