摘 要:齿廓修形是减小啮入、啮出冲击,提高齿轮传动平稳性的重要手段,为确定不同修形量分配方式和不同修形量对齿轮修形效果的影响,利用KISSsoft和ANSYS软件,对多功能作业机传动齿轮进行修形和瞬态动力学分析,得出修形前、后齿面接触应力随时间的变化曲线。结果显示:修形量相同时,两齿轮齿顶修形比两齿轮齿顶、齿根同时均分修形量效果好;两齿顶修形时,最大接触应力随修形量的增加先减小后增大,甚至出现局部突变。瞬态动力学分析为确定最佳齿轮修形量提供参考依据,且在最佳修形量下,齿轮副的其他性能也得到一定程度的提高。Gear profile modification is an important means to reduce the meshing and nip-out impact, and improve the smoothness of gear transmission. In order to determine the effect of different amount and distribution of modification on gear shape, the modification and transient dynamic analysis of transmission gears were carried out by using KISSsoft and ANSYS Workbench, thus, changing curves of contact stress before and after the modification were obtained. The results indicated that when modification amount are the same, modified gear tooth tops is better than modified gear tooth top and root. With two-gear tooth tops modification, the maximum contact stress decreases first and then increases with the increasing of modification amount, and local abrupt change occurs. Instantaneous dynamic analysis provides the reference for determining the optimal modification amount, and after determination, performance of gear pair can be improved.
