摘  要:应用Pro/E软件对定点施肥装置凸轮机构的运动学方程进行编程,根据实际项目及农艺要求,确定凸轮各阶段运动角及摆动从动件的运动规律,得到凸轮理论轮廓曲线、工作曲线及曲率半径曲线。在Pro/E及UG中对凸轮和施肥机构进行三维建模和运动仿真,得到凸轮在一个运动周期内的位移、速度和加速度图像。通过田间试验对此装置性能进行验证,结果表明:凸轮运动机构无干涉,滚子与凸轮的运动过程中只存在柔性冲击,不存在刚性冲击,符合等加速等减速运动规律;椭圆施肥区域的施肥长度平均值在22.7cm,施肥间距的平均值为52.5cm,满足设计要求及烤烟种植要求。Kinematics equation of fertilizer placement unit's cam mechanism was programmed by Pro/E. According to actual project and agronomic requirements, law of cain's motion angle and oscillating follower were determined, and then, theoretical contour curve, working contour curve and curvature radius curve was obtained. Three-dimensional model and motion simulation of cam were carried out in Pro/E and UG, and displacement, velocity and acceleration diagrams were obtained. Performance of this mechanism was veri-fied through field experiments, the results show that there is no interference in motion mechanism, no rigid impact during the motion of roller and cam, which accord with the law of equal acceleration and deceleration motion. The average length of fertilization is 22.7cm at elliptical area, and average fertilization spacing is 52.5cm, which can meet the design requirements and flue-cured tobacco planting requirements.
