工商制冷空调设备应用R32的标准限定分析

摘　　要：对比相关制冷空调技术标准对R32应用的规定和要求,分析GB/T7778—2008,GB9237—2001,ISO817:2014,ASHRAE34-2013,EN378-1:2008,ISO5149:2014和ASHRAE15-2013七项重要标准中对R32的安全分类、限制使用和允许充注量规定,探讨在冷水(热泵)机组、单元式空气调节机和热泵热水机等典型工商制冷空调产品中应用R32的最大充注量及安全措施,结果表明,我国GB 9237—2001和美国ASHRAE15-2013标准对于R32制冷剂的使用要求最为严格。Regulations and requirements for the application of R32 stated in related refrigeration and air-conditioning technology standards are compared.Based on GB/T7778-2008,GB9237-2001,ISO817：2014,ASHRAE34-2013,EN378-1：2008,ISO5149：2014and ASHRAE15-2013,the safety classification,restriction of application and refrigerant charge amount of R32 are analyzed.The maximum refrigerant charge and safety precautions for the application of R32 to the chiller（heat pump）,unitary air-conditioner and heat pump water heater are discussed.The result indicates that the requirements on the application of R32 stated in GB9237-2001 and ASHRAE15-2013 are the most strict.
