摘　　要：目前国内许多高校都在实施卓越测绘工程师培养计划,结合同济大学卓越测绘工程师培养体系的构建与实践,本文从培养体系、师资队伍、校企合作、教学改革、国际视野等方面就如何适应培养卓越测绘工程师的需要进行了介绍。Excellent engineer training plan for surveying and mapping is now paid significant attention by many domestic universities and is being implemented in good schedule. This paper introduces the structure and practice of excellent engi- neer training system of surveying and mapping in Tongji U-niversity. From the views of training system, teaching staff, school-enterprise cooperation, teaching reform and interna- tional perspective, this paper gives a good case study for the excellent engineer system reform.
