摘　　要：目的探讨感染多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(multidrugresistant acinetobacter baumannii,MDR-AB)预后相关的影响因素及患者预后的独立危险因子。方法选取2015年1—12月空军总医院呼吸内科住院患者中经细菌培养和药物敏感试验确定感染多重耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌患者,对其临床资料进行分析。结果患者年龄(P=0.006),免疫抑制病史(P=0.001),降钙素原(P<0.001)和乳酸脱氢酶(P=0.033)为患者预后的影响因素,患者的年龄、免疫抑制病史和血清乳酸脱氢酶是预后的独立危险因子。结论感染多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌患者的预后差,病死率高,年龄、免疫抑制和血清乳酸脱氢酶是影响患者预后的独立危险因素。Objective To investigate the factors that affect the clinical prognosis of patients with multidrugresistant Acinetobacter baumannii （MDR-AB） infections and to explore the independent risk factors for patients.Methods Strains of K.pneumoniae were identified and drug susceptibility testing was carried out to identify patients infected by MDR-AB. The clinical data of patients with MDR-AB infections treated between January and December 2015 in the Air Force General Hospital was analyzed retrospectively.Results A total of 72 patients were identified as MDR-AB infections. The age of patients （P=0.006）, previous use of immunosuppression （P=0.001）, levels of procalcitonin （PCT） （P=0.001） and lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）（P=0.048） proved to be factors that affected the prognosis of MDR-AB patients. The age of patients, previous use of immunosuppression and LDH were independent risk factors for the prognosis of MDR-AB patients. ConclusionPatients with MDR-AB infections are prone to bad outcomes and a high mortality. The age of patients, previous use of immunosuppression and LDH are independent risk factors for the prognosis of MDR-AB patients.
