碱性贫锰矿制备碳酸锰的试验研究

摘　　要：采用氨浸法处理碱性贫锰矿制备碳酸锰,在反应温度为40℃,氨水浓度为21 mol/L,浸出时间为45min,浸出液固比为5∶1,水合肼浓度为0.42 mol/L,催化剂硫化铵浓度为2.4 g/L,碳酸铵浓度为2.5 mol/L的条件下,锰的浸出率为91.36%,浸出液经后续处理得到碳酸锰产品。The manganese carbonate is prepared by alkaline lean manganese ore treated by ammonia leaching method, when the reaction time is 40℃, the ammonia concentration is 21md/L, the leaching time is 45min, the liquid - solid ratio of leaching is 5： 1, the concentration of hydrazine hydrate is 0. 42mol/L, the concentration of catalyst ammonium sulfide is 2. 4g/L, the concentration of ammonium carbonate is 2. 5mol/L, and the leaching rate of manganese is 91.36%, the leaching agent is treated subsequently, then We can get the manganese carbonate products.
