双零铝箔铸轧坯料铝液精炼技术应用现状

摘　　要：双零铝箔由于具有无毒、无味、遮光防潮、耐腐蚀等优良性能,因此被广泛应用于卷烟、医药、食品、电子、日用化工等行业。在双零箔铸轧坯料铝液熔炼过程中,容易形成氢及氧化铝夹渣,从而降低双零箔坯料的综合性能。精炼工艺则是提高铝液熔炼质量的关键因素。本文结合生产实际,对不同的精炼技术及工艺原理做了详细介绍和分析对比,以利于进一步提高铝液熔炼的质量。The double zero foil has the good performance that non -poisonous, odorless, light blocking and moistureproof, corrosion resistance, so it is widely applied in cigarette, medicine, food, electron, household chemicals and the other industries. During the smelting process of cast-rolling billet liquid aluminum for double zero foil, the hydrogen and alumina slag inclusion, so that the comprehensive performance of double zero foil billet could be reduced. The refining process is the critical factor for improvement of liquid aluminum smelting quality. The detailed introduction and analysis comparison is done for the different refining technology and process principle combining with the production practice, which is better for further improvement of liquid aluminum smelting quality.
