摘  要:采用辉光放电质谱法(GD-MS)测定高纯锌中Mg、Al、Fe、Co、Ni等12个痕量杂质元素。得出了最佳仪器工作参数,讨论了合理的样品预处理方法以及可能引入的干扰元素,通过选择合适的样品预溅射时间消除其干扰;讨论了检测中存在的同位素质谱线干扰,并以此选择出适合的待测元素分析同位素质谱线和分辨率模式,使干扰的影响降低到最小;用Element-GD型高分辨辉光放电质谱仪分析了高纯锌产品样品,讨论了检测精密度,并将检测结果与其出厂标定值进行了比对,结果表明,辉光放电质谱法是一种检测高纯锌材料的简单、准确的方法。12 trace impurity elements, such as Mg, Al, Fe, Co, Ni and so on in high purity zinc is determined by glow-dis- charge mass spectrometry ( GD - MS). The optimal working parameters for instrument is obtained, the reasonable sample pretreatment method and the interferential elements might be introduced is discussed, and the interference shall be eliminated by selection of the proper sample pre -sputtering time ; the isotope mass spectral line interference existing in determination is discussed, and thus to choose the proper isotope mass spectral line and resolution mode for the elements to be measured, so the effect of interference can be minimized ; the high purity zinc product sample is analyzed by Element-GD glow-discharge mass spectrometry with high resolution, the precision degree of determination is discussed, and the detection results are compared with the factory-calibration value, the results show, glow-discharge mass spectrometry is a kind of simple, accurate detection method for high purity zinc material.
