摘  要:主要介绍了莱钢炼钢厂老区通过改进工艺路线,采用“顶底复吹转炉—LF精炼—塞棒包浇注”工艺生产低合金Q345B冷轧用带钢。通过优化转炉顶底复吹模式,改进LF精炼铝脱氧、钙处理工艺,选择合理的CaO-Al2O3-SiO2目标渣系,优化连铸保护浇注工艺,降低了Q345B钢种磷、硫及氧含量,提高了钢水洁净度,降低了夹杂物级别,满足了用户质量要求。In the old area of steelmaking plant in Laiwu Steel, through improving the process route, by taking the process" converter top-bottom combined-blowing"-LF refining-stopper ladle casting", the low- alloy Q345B for cold rolling was produced. Through optimizing the top-bottom combined-blowing mode, improving the aluminum deoxidation and calcium treatment processes in LF refining process, selecting the reasonable CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 target slag system, optimizing the protection casting process in continuous casting process, the contents of phosphorus, sulfur, and oxygen in steel Q345B were reduced, the cleanliness of liquid steel was improved and the level of inclusions was reduced, and so the users quality requirements were satisfied.
