摘 要:浸入式水口是连铸机浇注过程中重要的环节之一,它承接钢水从中间包到结晶器,是实现连铸无氧化浇注的重要保证。本文提出的一种连铸机浸入式水口自动变渣线的技术,是通过自动调节水口渣线部位,严格控制水口在结晶器内局部浸蚀的时间,按时间段对水口渣线部位置进行自动调节。解决了现有技术中因采用人工方式进行变渣线操作不能准确的对浸入式水口进行精确控制操作,使得浸入式水口在结晶器内局部被过度侵蚀穿孔,导致连铸机液面不稳定的弊端并严重影响浸入式水口的使用寿命的问题。The submerged nozzle is one of the important steps in the process of continuous casting machine casting, and its function is to transport the molten steel from tundish to crystallizer, so it's the important guarantee to realize continuous casting without oxidation. One kind of submerged nozzle automatic slag changing line technology for continuous caster was put forward in the paper, and for this technology, through automatically adjusting the position of slag line according to different time periods, strictly controlling the etching time of nozzle in crystallizer, the problem about accuracy control operation of submerged nozzle under the changing condition of slag line was solved, the problem seriously influencing the service life of submerged nozzle because of unstable liquid level of continuous easter caused by the excessive erosion and perforation of submerged nozzle in the crystallizer was also solved.
