几种固体酸催化剂在生物柴油反应中的应用

摘　　要：固体酸作为催化剂,具有重复利用及分离方便等优点。对生物柴油的研发和利用,有利于缓解我国的能源危机,因此很有必要对其进行研究。而催化剂的使用对其产品的性能和工业化生产也有着很重要的影响。简要讲述了生物柴油的组成成分及其制备方法,主要介绍了几种固体酸催化剂在生物柴油制备中的应用,并对固体酸催化剂在催化过程中的问题,提出了几点建议。Solid acid catalyst has the advantages of repeated use and easy separation. The research and development of the biodiesel are conducive to alleviating the energy crisis. It is very important to study how to prepare biodiesel. The use of the catalyst has an important impact on the product performance and industrial production of biodiesel. The composition of biodiesel and its preparation methods was briefly summarized. The application of some solid acid catalyst in biodiesel production was introduced. Some suggestions were given for the problems of solid acid catalyst in the catalytic process.
