RP-HPLC法测定盐酸莫西沙星葡萄糖注射液中依地酸钙钠的含量

摘　　要：为了建立盐酸莫西沙星葡萄糖注射液中依地酸钙钠的含量测定方法,采用反相离子对色谱测定方法,以Dikma Diamonsil C_8为色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),缓冲液为流动相A,甲醇为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱,流速1.2 mL·min^(-1),柱温40℃,检测波长254 nm,进样量100μL。检测结果表明:依地酸钙钠浓度在0.00504~2.016μg·mL^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为100.7%。该方法快速、简便,专属性强,重复性好,结果准确可靠,适用于盐酸莫西沙星葡萄糖注射液中依地酸钙钠的含量测定。A detection method of the calcium disodium edetate in moxifloxacin hydrochloride and glucose injection was established, using reverse phase ion chromatography, Diamonsil Cs column （250 min×4.6mm,5μm） , buffer as mobile phase A, methanol as mobile phase B, gradient elution, flow rate of 1.2 mL min-1 , the column temperature of 40 ℃, the detection wavelength was 254 nm and 100 L sample volume. The results showed that the concentration of sodium calcium in the range from O. 00504 g mL-1 to 2. 016 g mL-1 was in good linear relationship with the peak area, r=0. 9999, and the average recovery rate was about 100.7%. This method was rapid, simple, specific, reproducible, accurate and reliable.
