摘  要:本实验合成了一种新型二酮类配体1-苯基-3-甲基-4(α-呋喃甲酰基)-吡唑啉酮-5,使其与显色剂作用,用分光光度法测定化妆品中铅含量。在醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,铅离子和显色剂生成红色络合物。在室温下,显色时间为40 min。实验在测定允许范围内有7种离子对测定结果存在较大干扰,加入掩蔽剂可消除这些离子的干扰。实验结果表明该法测定化妆品中铅含量时操作简单,节省时间,试剂用量少,灵敏度和准确度较高。Spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of lead content in mineral water by synthesizing a novel acylpyrazolone ligand 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-4-(a-furoyl)-pyraz^l one-5 as chelating agent. In the acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution, lead ion and chromogenic agent were used to form a red complex. At room temperature, color time was 40 min. In the range of determination, there were six kinds of ions on the determination results had great influence, using thiourea and citric acid ammonium as a masking agent can eliminate the interference of these ions. The experimental results showed that the determination of lead content in cosmetics had great advantages of simple operation, time saving, less reagent consumption, high precision and sensitivity.
