摘  要:运用循环伏安法将酸性铬蓝K聚合在玻碳电极表面形成聚合膜制备修饰电极。运用电化学交流阻抗和循环伏安法研究吲哚美辛在酸性铬蓝K电聚合膜修饰电极上的电化学行为。经对溶液的pH和扫描速率等条件进行优化处理。在最佳实验条件下,吲哚美辛的峰电流值与其浓度在3×10^(-7)~4×10^(-5)mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为9.77×10^(-8)mol/L,该方法可进一步应用于吲哚美辛肠溶片和吲哚美辛胶囊吲哚美辛含量检测,回收率在99.44%~101.39%之间。Using cyclic voltammetry of acid chrome blue K polymerization in preparation of glassy carbon electrode surface to form polymer film modified electrode, the electrochemical behavior of indomethacin in polymer film modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and difference pulse voltammetry(DPV). Parameter pH value and scan rate were optimized. Under the optimized experimental condition, the peak currents of indomethacin was linear to their concentrations at the range of 3 × 10-7 - 4× 10-5 mol/L and its detection limit was 9.77 × 10-8 mol/L. This method was applied for the detection of content of indomethacin in indomethacin enteric- coated metformin hydrochloride and indomethacin capsules samples, the recoveries were 95.64% - 102.05% , 95.46% - 106.95% , respectively.
