校企协同培养装控专业人才的探索研究

摘　　要：校企协同的人才培养体系已成为高校教育改革及理论研究的重点内容,是高校和企业达到双臝的必然选择。本文分析了广东石油化工学院过程装备与控制工程专业应用型人才培养过程中制约校企深度合作的各种因素,就如何更好地联合企业优化人才培养结构、提高人才培养质量等问题进行了探索和改革。通过一系列的改革措施,过程装备与控制工程专业应用型人才培养的质量得到的大幅提升。已毕业学生的工作能力得到了石油化工企业的好评。The personnel training model of college- enterprise collaboration has become the focus of university education reform and theoretical research content, it is the inevitable choice of the college and enterprise to double. The various factors which restricted the deep cooperation between the college and enterprise in the process of application personnel training in Process Equipment and Control Engineering of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology were analyzed. It explored and reformed how to better combine the enterprises to optimize the personnel training structure and improve the quality of personnel training. Through a series of reform measures, personnel training quality of Process Equipment and Control Engineering professional application was greatly improved. The ability to work of graduated students was praised by petrochemical companies.
