摘 要:采用钛酸酯偶联剂对载银磷酸锆进行改性,选用黏度法、红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对表面改性效果进行分析。结果表明,改性后,载银磷酸锆的团聚现象明显改善,钛酸酯偶联剂在载银磷酸锆表面形成了化学接枝,并通过R基团与载银磷酸锆表面羟基反应,化学偶联在抗菌剂表面;钛酸酯偶联剂对载银磷酸锆取得明显改性效果,处理后粉体黏度更低,分散效果更强,改性效果更好。使用质量分数2.5%的钛酸酯偶联剂时,能达到最佳分散效果。Titanate coupling agent was used to the surface modification of silver-zirconium phosphate. Sev-eral characterization methods were carried out to analyze the results of surface modification such as viscos-ity method,FTIR and SEM. The results indicated that the agglomeration of silver-zirconium phosphate was significantly improved. Through the reaction of R radicals and hydroxy of silver-zirconium phosphate, ti-tanate coupling agent was chemically grafted on the surface of silver zirconium phosphate. Titanate cou-pling agent has excellent effect on the surface treatment of inorganic particles at lower viscosity and stron-ger dispersion. The experimental results showed that the best modification effect was achieved using 2.5% titanate coupling agent was 2.5% yield the optimal dispersion effect at the mass ratio of 2. 5% .
