摘 要:采用含碳碳双键的二苯甲酮类光引发剂与乙烯基吡咯烷酮反应,合成具有光引发活性的二苯甲酮-乙烯基吡咯烷酮低聚物(ABP-PVP),用于制备亲水润滑涂料,涂覆于医用聚氨酯导管表面,经紫外光固化后,进行摩擦系数、接触角、附着力等测试。结果表明,在5 N的压力作用下,聚氨酯导管表面摩擦系数由改性前的1.00减小到0.07,与水的接触角由改性前的86.3°降为18.7°,润滑性和亲水性显著提高,附着牢度达到100%,并具有良好的生物安全性。A benzophenone-PVP oligomer( ABP-PVP) with photoinitiating activity was copolymerized by benzophenone-based photoinitiator with carbon-carbon double bond and vinylpyrrolidone. A hydrophilic lubricating coating was prepared by the hydrophilic oligomer that we synthesized,and then coated and UV-cured on the surface of medical polyurethane catheter. Then,the coefficient of friction,the contact angle and the adhesion were tested. The result shows that: under the pressure of 5 N,polyurethane catheter's surface friction coefficient decreases from 1. 00 to 0. 07,the contact angle with water decreases from 86.3°to 18. 7°. Catheters' surface lubricity and hydrophilicity are significantly improved,and coating's adhesion to the surface of the catheter can reach 100%. Meanwhile,the coating's biosecurity is well promised.
