摘  要:普洱换流站作为特高压工程,交流滤波器在其中起着关键作用,用于在直流系统运行过程中进行滤波及无功补偿。在普洱换流站孤岛运行过程中,发生双极闭锁情况下,切除滤波器策略至关重要,滤波器的切除策略将导致交流系统和直流系统电压波动,容易造成设备过压运行,甚至于设备绝缘击穿,造成损失。文中从普洱—江门特高压工程常用的运行方式入手,以试验数据及技术规范资料为基础,全面分析计算孤岛方式下普洱换流站发生双极闭锁时的电压,来判断系统过电压水平实际工程要求,从而将给出一种适用于特高压换流站的交流滤波器新的切除新策略—分时切除策略。As a ultra high voltage direct current transmission project, and the AC filter is the key part in Pu'er converter station, which is used for filtering and reactive power compensation during operating of UHVDC project. When Pu'er converter station is operating as isolated islanding, the strategy of switching off filter is so important during bipolar blocking cases.It will cause the voltage fluctuation both in the AC system and DC system, and will also cause overvoltage on the equipment to breakdown or damage of equipment. In the case of isolated islanding model,the paper calculates the voltage with DC bipolar block by the engineering test data and specification in Pu'er converter station in order to judge that the overvoltage level whether meets the requirements of the project or not. It also gives a new strategy which applies to the ultra high voltage DC project in the filter excision aspect, which is known as time division resection strategy.
