摘 要:弧后介质恢复特性直接决定了真空断路器的开断性能,对其进行建模与仿真有助于深入理解真空断路器的开断过程。笔者在PSCAD/EMTDC中建立了基于朗缪尔探针理论的真空断路器弧后仿真模型,克服了连续过渡模型在求解时易出现数值振荡和电流截断的问题;并实现了基于模拟退火—单纯形法的参数优化方法,可有效克服单纯形法存在的可能陷入局部极小值而无法达到预期优化目标的缺点。通过不同瞬态恢复电压下弧后电流的仿真结果和试验结果,验证了仿真模型及其参数优化方法的有效性。研究成果为真空断路器开断特性的研究提供了一种有效的方法。Post-arc dielectric recovery characteristics directly determine the breaking capacity of vacuum circuit breaker (VCB),modeling and simulating it helps us deeply understand the breaking process of VCB. In this paper, a post-arc simulation model of VCB based on the theory of Langmuir probes is built in the software PSCAD/EMTDC,which could overcome the problems of numerical oscillation and current chopping in the solving of continuous transition model.Also a parameter optimizing method based on the simulated annealing-simplex algorithm is realized and could effectively overcome the shortcoming of simplex algorithm,which may not be able to achieve the expected optimization goal as a result of being easily trapped into local minima value. The comparison between simulation and experimental results of post-arc current under different transient recovery voltages verifies the simulation model and parameter optimizing method of VCB. Research results provide an effective method of studying the breaking capacity of VCB.
