摘　　要：[目的]基于社会角色理论和期望理论,以新概念、新范畴、新表述构建公立医院新型社会角色期望指标体系,以促进公立医院的健康发展。[方法]根据研究主题确定咨询专家人选,运用改良的Delphi法进行问卷调查和统计分析,构建公立医院新型社会角色指标体系。[结果]专家平均年龄43岁,从事专业平均时间20 a;两轮咨询问卷回收率分别为98.3%和100%;两轮结果的权威系数分别为0.7226和0.7361;协调系数分别是0.7416和0.6494,均有统计学意义。[结论]反映文化、服务、保障和社会责任四个维度的全方位、全要素公立医院新型社会角色地位、权利、义务和行为规范的新型社会角色指标体系,适用于新时期、新常态下公立医院的发展建设。Objective According to the role theory and expectancy theory, construct new social role expectations index system of public hospitalas well as new concept, ncoeategory and new statement so as to promote healthy development of public hospital. Methods According to the re-search topic to determine consulting experts, questionnaire survey and statistic analysis was conducted using with improved Delphi method. Con-struct index system of public hospitals new social role. Results Average age of experts was 43 years old, average working time was 20 years.Recovery of two rounds consulting questionnaire was 0. 7226 and 0. 7361 respectively. Coordination index was 0. 7416 and 0. 6494 respectively.They all had statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusions This index reflects the status, right, obligation and behavioral norms of om-nibearing and total elements new society role public hospital from four dimension such as culture, service, guarantee and social responsibility,which is appropriate for the development construction of public hospital under new period and normality.
