社区医生职业认同量表的初步研制及实证分析

摘　　要：[目的]研制社区医生职业认同量表并进行评价,为科学测评其职业认同水平提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查法,对杭州市40家社区卫生服务机构的626名社区医生进行匿名调查,采用内部一致性检验、相关分析和因子分析等方法评价量表的信效度,运用秩和检验分析不同人口学特征的职业认同差异。[结果]量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.923;提取了四个公因子,方差解释率达84.07%,分别命名"职业认知"、"职业行为"、"职业价值观"和"职业归属感"。社区医生的职业认同在年龄、职称、编制方面存在显著差异。31~40岁年龄组的职业认知得分较低;高级职称者的职业行为和职业价值观得分均高于中级职称者;合同聘用者得分高于有编制者。[结论]社区医生职业认同量表具有良好的信度效度,可用于测量社区医生的职业认同。Objective It develops and evaluates professional identity scale for community doctors so as to provide basis for scientifically evalua-ting its professional identity level. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 626 community doctors in 40 community health serviceinstitutions in Hangzhou. The internal consistency test, correlation analysis, factor analysis were used to evaluate the reliability and validity.And analyzed professional identity differences of different demographic characteristics by rank sum test. Results The Cronbach a coefficient ofthe scale was 0. 923. Fetched 4 common factors, and variance cumulative contribution rate was 84.07%. Respectively named ＂professional i-dentity＂, ＂professional behavior＂, ＂professional values＂ and ＂professional belonging＂ . The results showed that there were significant differ-ences in age, title of technical post and authorized strength. The score of professional cognitive from 31 to 40 years old group was low. Profes-sional behavior and professional values of high title doctors whose score was higher than middle title＇s. The score of contract employees was high-er than those in authorized strength. Conclusions The designed scale had good reliability and validity, and can be used to measure the level ofcommunity doctors＇ professional identity.
