摘 要:以三聚氰胺和四苯基硼酸钠为原料,采用热解法制备了B元素掺杂的g-C_3N_4催化剂(CNB),然后将其与In_2O_3复合,经过煅烧后制备了具有不同配比的In_2O_3/CNB,同时考察了In_2O_3/CNB降解甲基橙、亚甲基蓝的光催化活性。结果表明:(1)In_2O_3/CNB的光催化活性较In_2O_3均提高,其中In_2O_3、CNB质量比为0.10时In_2O_3/CNB的甲基橙、亚甲基蓝降解率均达到最高,分别为47.6%、73.5%。(2)加入清除剂(过氧化氢酶、对苯醌、异丙醇、草酸铵)后催化剂的光催化活性均有较明显的降低。·OH、h^+、·O_2^-和H_2O_2在光催化过程中均起显著作用,特别是·O-2起最主要的作用。适量的In_2O_3与CNB复合可显著抑制光生电子和空穴对的复合,提高了光生电子和空穴对的分离效率,进而提高了In_2O_3/CNB的光催化活性。Using tripolycyanamide and tetrapheny sodium borate as the precursors respectively, the catalyst of boron element doped g-C3N4 (CNB) was prepared by a pyrolysis method. The In2O3 /CNB composite photocatalysts with various weight percents of In2O3 were successfully prepared by a calcination process. At the same time, the activities of photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange and methylene blue were evaluated with In2O3 /CNB as composite photocatalysts. The results indicate that: (1) the photocatalytic activities of In2O3/CNB were higher than ln203 , especially, when the quality ratio of ln203 to CNB was 0.10 decomposition rates of methyl orange and methyl-ene blue were the highest, and reached 47.6% and 73.5% respectively. (2) When scavengers (catalase, p-benzoquinone, isopropyl alcohol, ammonium oxalate) were joined, the photocatalytic activities of catalysts were obviously reduced. OH,h^+ , , O2 and H2〇2 were all significant role,especially ,O2 was the main role in the photocatalytic process. The recombination of photoproduction electrons and holes was significantly suppressed by the composite of the right amount of ln203 with CNB,the separation efficiency of electrons and holes was improved,and the photocata-lytic activities of In203/CNB were improved.
