摘  要:对浦阳江流域26个点位浮游动物群落结构进行研究,共采集到浮游动物25属47种,其中轮虫25种,原生动物14种;另外,还有枝角类和桡足类。原生动物优势种为湖沼砂壳虫(Difflugia urceolata),其次为普通表壳虫(Arcella vulgris);轮虫优势种为萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)和角突臂尾轮虫(Brachionus angularis);枝角类优势种为透明薄皮溞(Leptodora kindtii);桡足类优势种为台湾温剑水蚤(Thermocyclops taihokuensis)。水质理化指标监测结果与浮游动物群落结构水质健康评价结果大体一致,均显示浦阳江流域干流水质健康状况整体好于支流,干流和支流下游水质均存在富营养化倾向。但具体到点位水质状况评价时,两种评价结果略有差别,表明水质理化指标评价和生物指标评价均有偏向性,在进行河流水质健康整体评价时,最好将两者相结合,以全面了解河流整体水质健康状况。A total of 47 species of zooplankton in 25 genuses were collected from 26 sampling site in the Puyang River basin,including 25 species of rotifers and 14 species of protozoa. There were also keratoconus and copepods. The predominant species of protozoan was Difflugia urceolata followed by Arcella vulgris. The dominant species of rotifers were Brachionus calyciflorus and Brachionus angularis. The dominant species of keratoconus was Leptodora kindtu. The dominant species of copepods was Thermocyclops taihokuensis. The evaluation results of water quality health condition used by physical and chemical indicators or zooplankton community structure were basically the same. Both of them showed that overall water quality of the mainstream of Puyang River was better than tributaries. The downstream of mainstream and tributaries water quality existed the tendency of eutrophication. However, the results of the two evaluation methods were slightly different, which indicated that the evaluation methods of physical and chemical indicators and biological indicators were biased. When the overall evaluation of water quality health condition is carried out, it is better to combine the two methods to get the comprehensive results.
