健康体检人群高血压KAP影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析健康体检人群高血压KAP影响因素,探讨体检人群高血压防治策略。方法调查2015年11月广西某三甲医院体检中心3318名体检人群高血压KAP情况,并进行假设检验及二分类logistic回归分析。结果被调查者服药依从性低于50%,女性、轻体力、高学历、高收入及存在家族遗传史人群的高血压KAP总评分最高(P<0.001)。关于高血压KAP评分及格率:女性是男性的4.506倍,高学历人群是低学历的1.752倍,有遗传史人群是无遗传史的1.461倍,高收入人群是低收入的1.396倍。结论体检人群高血压KAP调查结果令人堪忧,体检中心应创建高血压防治KAP综合干预模式,实现健康管理。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of KAP of hypertension,in order to explore the prevention and cure measures of hypertension. Methods To investigate the prevalence of hypertensive KAP in 3318 medical check - ups in a third - class hospital in November 2015, and to carry out hypothesis test and binary logistic regression analysis. Results In all respondents, the medication compliance was less than 50%. People who were female, light physical, highly educated, high income and presence of family history of hypertension had a highest KAP total score（ P 〈 0. 001 ）. On the rate of KAP score of hyperten- sion ：Women overall pass rate was 4. 506 times of men, high degree was 1. 752 times of low, exist genetic history was 1. 461 times not exist,high income was 1. 396 times of low. Conclusion The findings of hypertension KAP was worrying. Medical center should create a intervention mode on hypertension KAP to medical group in order to achieve health management.
