摘　　要：小儿急性上呼吸道感染系由各种病原引起的上呼吸道感染,是小儿最常见的疾病之一,发病率约占儿科门诊患者60%以上。经过检索,收集到了国内相关组织机构先后发布的5个小儿急性上呼吸道感染相关临床诊疗指南,该文逐一进行简要回顾和解读,发现该类指南存在数量较少、质量较低、更新较慢的问题。同时,针对于目前儿科临床上存在的抗生素滥用问题,讨论了中医补充/替代抗生素治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染方面的优势和前景。Acute upper respiratory tract infection（AURI） in pediatrics is the most common disease in children, often caused by a variety of pathogens.The incidence of clinic patients accounts for over 60%.The domestic organizations and institutes have issued 5 agnostic and therapeutic clinical guidelines about AURI in children.This article briefly reviewed and interpreted the contents and qualities of the relevant guidelines.There are fewer problems with them,such us smaller quantities, lower quality, slower update.The future of Chinese medicine against AURI in children was discussed in the end.
