摘  要:以铁空心阴极灯作为光源,用火焰原子吸收法连续测定水和废水中的铁和锰,测定铁和锰的精密度(RSD)<7.42%,加标回收率在93.0%~105.0%。对用铁空心阴极灯和锰空心阴极灯分别测定锰的标准曲线、检出限和实际水样进行了比较,发现两者的斜率的相对误差为-1.96%,相关系数均>0.999,检出限均小于标准方法 0.01 mg/L的要求,实际水样测定的相对误差<-9.09%。Using the iron hollow cathode lamp as light source, the iron and manganese in water and waste water continuously were determinated by FAAS. The method precision (RSD)is less than 7.42%, the standard recovery rate is 93.0% ~ 105.0%. The standard curve and the detection limit of manganese determination by using iron hollow cathode lamp and manganese hollow cathode lamp separately, are made which are compared to the actual water sample. The Tests show that the relative error of the slope is - 1.96% , the correlation coefficient 〉 0. 999, the detection limit is less than 0. 01 mg/L which is required by the standard method, the relative error is less than -9.09%.
