摘 要:目的:了解新入职护士初期对化疗职业防护的认知现状,为护理教学及临床带教与医院岗前培训提供依据。方法:采用自制问卷对100名新入职护士进行化疗职业防护相关知识的调查。结果:仅13%的新入职护士认为学校对化疗药物的介绍及防护知识的传授很重视;37%的新入职护士可以正确指出配置化疗药物时所需的防护设备及用具;大多数新入职护士化疗防护知识知晓率较低,自我防护意识差。结论:新入职护士化疗职业防护知识严重缺乏,学校和医院应引起重视,增加化疗防护课程和岗前培训内容,制定健全的化疗防护制度,使新入职护士能够提高化疗职业防护意识,减少化疗药物对护士健康的影响。Objective:To understand the current cognition condition of new nurses to chemotherapy occupational protection,so as to provide a basis for nursing teaching and clinical teaching and hospital pre-post training.Methods:A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate 100 new nurses on relevant knowledge of chemotherapy occupational protection.Results:Only 13% new nurses believed that schools emphasized the introduction to chemotherapy drugs and protection knowledge;37% of the new nurses could correctly indicate the protection equipment and tools during preparation of chemotherapy drugs;most new nurses had a low knowledge rate of thermotherapy protection,with poor self-protection awareness.Conclusion:The new nurses were seriously lack of chemotherapy occupational protection knowledge,schools and hospitals should emphasize this,increase chemotherapy protection course and pre-post training contents,establish a perfect chemotherapy protection knowledge,so that the new nurses could improve the awareness of chemotherapy occupational protection,and so as to reduce the influence of chemotherapy drugs on nurses' health.
