开展品管圈活动在感染科病房转床中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨开展品管圈活动在感染科病房转床中的应用效果。方法:现状调查收集2015年1~6月共203例次转床事件中不完善例次情况,对转床不完善例次中的转床项目进行分析,找出发生频次高且安全威胁性大的项目进行柏拉图分析,找出主要原因,制定对策及措施,比较开展品管圈活动前后转床不完善事件的发生情况。结果:2015年7~12月开展品管圈活动后感染科病房转床不完善发生情况低于品管圈活动前(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动能有效降低病房转床的不完善率,避免护理差错的发生,确保护理安全,提高护理质量。Objective：To discuss the application effect of quality control circle activities in ward bed transfer of infection department.Methods：The imperfect cases of 203 bed transfer events from January to June 2015 were selected through status investigation,and the bed transfer items with imperfect bed transfer cases were analyzed to find out the items with high frequency and great safety threat for Plato analysis,so as to find out the main reason,establish countermeasures and measures and compare the occurring of imperfect bed transfer events before and after carrying out quality control circle activities.Results：After carrying out quality circle control activities from July to December 2015,the occurring of imperfect ward bed transfer of infection department was lower than that before carrying out quality control circle activities（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The quality control circle activities could effectively reduce the imperfection rate of ward bed transfer,avoid the occurring of nursing error,ensure nursing safety and improve nursing quality.
