防范管理措施对手术室护士血源性职业暴露的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨防范管理措施对手术室护士血源性职业暴露的影响。方法:选取我院手术室40名护理人员作为研究对象,对其实施防范管理措施,比较实施前后手术室护理人员职业防护行为评分以及职业暴露情况的变化。结果:干预后1个月,护理人员防护用品的使用、护理操作的规范性、器具的严格消毒、严格隔离、安全处置废弃物、职业暴露的处理、乐观情绪评分高于干预前(P<0.05);护理人员的锐器损伤人次、血溅皮肤黏膜人次以及HBs Ag阳性者等均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:防范管理措施的实施能够有效改善手术室护士职业防护行为,减少血源性职业暴露的发生,确保执业安全。Objective：To discuss the influence of preventive management measures on occupational blood-borne exposure of operation room nurses.Methods：Selected 40 nursing personnel in operation room of our hospital as the research objects,preventive management measures were implemented for them,and the operation room nursing personnel were compared in the change of occupational protection behavior scores and occupational exposure conditions before and after implementation.Results：After 1 month＇s intervention,the nursing personnel＇s scores in use of protective articles,regulation of nursing operation,strict disinfection of apparatus,strict isolation,safe disposal of wastes,disposal of occupational exposure and optimistic emotion were higher than those before intervention （P〈0.05）;the nursing personnel＇s person-time sharp instrument injures,person-time skin mucosa blood spilling and positive HBsAg were lower than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of preventive management measures could effectively improve the occupational protection behavior of operation room nurses,reduce the occurring of occupational blood-borne exposure and ensure the practicing safety.
