摘　　要：目的探究在治疗新鲜跟腱断裂的患者时应用小切口微创治疗的效果。方法从该院2005年2月—2016年11月期间收治的新鲜闭合性跟腱断裂的患者中,方便选取其中46例作为研究对象,采用随机分组方式,将患者分为实验组(n=23)及对照组(n=23),实验组患者采用经皮穿针联合小切口治疗闭合性跟腱断裂,对照组患者采用传统切口手术治疗跟腱断裂。所有患者通过随访、复查等方式了解患者术后恢复情况,将所得情况进行统计并比较。结果实验组患者的平均AOFAS评分明显高于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组恢复正常活动时间明显少于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组平均两侧小腿最大周长差以及总治愈率(95.7%)与对照组平均两侧小腿最大周长差以及总治愈率(91.3%)差异不大,组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组有1例(4.3%)出现术后并发症;对照组有6例(26.1%)出现术后并发症,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用经皮穿针联合小切口术式治疗新鲜跟腱断裂,大大降低了并发皮肤感染、皮肤坏死等术后并发症的风险。Objective To study the effect of small-incision minimally invasive treatment for fresh achilles tendon rupture.Methods Convenient selection 46 cases of patients with fresh closed achilles tendon rupture admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2005 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 23 cases in each,the experimental group were treated with percutaneous needling technique and small-incision, the control group were treated with traditional incision surgery, and the recovery situation after operation was known by the follow-up and reexamination, and the situation was counted and compared. Results The average AOFAS score in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the time to return to normal in the experimental group was obviously shorter than that in the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the differences in the maximum circumference difference between the bilateral crus and total cure rate between the two experimental group and the control group were not big（95.7% vs91.3%）, and the differences between groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, and difference in the incidence rate of postoperative complications between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant（1 case vs 6cases）（4.3% vs 26.1%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The percutaneous needling technique and small-incision in treatment of fresh achilles tendon rupture greatly reduces the risks of postoperative complications such as skin infection and skin necrosis.
