青光眼门诊患者局部用药依从性的调查分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的总结青光眼门诊患者局部用药依从性,并提出护理干预对策,以更好的改善青光眼患者的生存、生活质量。方法该实验研究对象为随机选取该院2014年1月—2015年1月期间门诊收治治疗的100例青光眼患者。自制调查问卷,对患者的局部用药依从性以及影响因素进行调查,制定具体干预措施。结果对青光眼门诊患者来说,患者的年龄、居住地、文化程度、费用支付形式、价格、疾病认知程度、滴眼次数都成为影响患者局部用药依从性的影响因素(P<0.05)。例如高中学历的患者,其用药依从性差仅为1例,而初中以及小学以下学历患者依从性差分别为15例、20例。患者局部用药依从性和性别、药物不良反应无明显联系(P>0.05)。结论青光眼治疗是一个漫长的过程,患者局部用药依从性相对较差,需要综合患者的实际情况制定有效护理干预对策,在提高患者用药依从性的基础上提高用药治疗效果。Objective To summarize the topical medication compliance of outpatients with glaucoma, put forwards the nursing intervention strategies in order to better improve the survival quality and quality of life. Methods 100 cases of patients with glaucoma admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly selected and the local medication compliance and influence factors were surveyed and the specific intervention measures were made. Results For outpatients with glaucoma, the age, resident, cultural degree, cost payment form, price, cognitive degree of disease and eye drop time could be the influence factors of local medication compliance（P〈0.05）, for example, in patients in senile school,the medication compliance of only 1 case was bad, but in patients in the middle school and primary school, there were respectively 15 cases and 20 cases whose medication compliance was bad, and the local medication compliance of patients had no obvious correlation with the gender and adverse drug reactions（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The glaucoma treatment is a long course, the local medication compliance of patients is relatively bad, and we should make the effective nursing intervention strategies according to the practical conditions of patients and improve the medication and treatment effect on the basis of improving the medication compliance.
