摘　　要：病态家风下的"家族式腐败"案件的频发引起了社会各界对党员干部行为的高度关注。高校党员领导干部作为全国党员干部的一个特殊群体,其家风家规的建设水平对于构建高校廉洁政治生态具有重要作用。自十八大以来,党中央和各级政府高度重视家风的建设和传承,正家风预防腐败也成为反腐倡廉工作的一项重大举措。因此,本文致力于从家风家规建设的基础、态度、措施、信守和效用5个维度建立15个3级指标的高校党员干部家风家规建设综合评价体系,这一评价体系不仅有助于规范高校领导干部及其家属的行为,更有利于形成效应从而带动社会良好党政风气的形成。The frequent occurrence of “ family-style corruption” under the sick family background has aroused the attention of all circles of society as to the behavior of party member leading cadres. As a special group of party members and cadres, the leading cadres in colleges and universities play an im-portant role in the construction of clean political ecology of colleges and universities. Since the 18th CPC Central Committee,governments at all levels attach great importance to the construction and in-heritance of family traditions, the prevention of corruption is becoming a major anti-corruption work. Therefore, this paper establishes 15 evaluation indexes of party member leaders of the university from the five dimensions i. e. foundation, attitude, measures, abidance and utility in the cultivation of fam-ily rules. This evaluation system not only helps to standardize the behavior of leading cadres and their families in colleges and universities, it is also more conducive to the formation of effects and thus pro-motes the building of a pure party and government.
