老年人生活满意度影响因素对农村敬老院转型影响分析

摘　　要：当前中国老龄化程度不断加深,而农村老龄化问题尤为突出。敬老院作为解决农村养老的重要途径,只局限于满足老人物质层面的需要,因此如何加快农村敬老院转型以满足农村老年人的需求显得尤为重要。本文基于养老服务需求方的视角,对老年人生活满意度影响因素进行实证研究。结果显示,健康、生活自理能力、家庭支持、社会交往、心理状况等对老年人生活满意度存在显著影响。因此敬老院转型只有考虑老年人的需求表达,才能实现敬老院需求与供给的匹配。At present, the degree of aging in China is deepening, especially in rural areas. The nursing homes as an important way to solve the rural endowment are only limited to meet the needs of the elderly in the material level, and it is particularly important to meet all the needs of the elderly in rural areas by speeding up the transformation of rural homes. The paper, based on the perspective of the demand side of the pension service, studied on the influencing factors of life satisfaction of the eld-erly. The results showed that health, self-care ability, family support, social interaction, psychologi-cal status and so on had a significant impact on the life satisfaction of the elderly. Therefore, nursing homes transformation must consider the needs of the elderly, so as to achieving the match of supply and demand of nursing homes.
