摘 要:文章以某纯钢结构工业厂房为研究对象,根据钢管混凝土统一理论的指导,运用经作者修正后的钢管混凝土轴压承载力强度设计公式,设计采用空心钢管混凝土柱的工业厂房,在等效刚度条件下与纯钢柱厂房进行对比分析,考察结构抗震性能的重要参数,并比较经济效益.结果表明,在等效刚度条件下,空心钢管混凝土柱厂房比纯钢结构柱厂房柱顶位移更小,柱底反力更大;空心钢管混凝土柱厂房能节约6%费用.A steel structural industrial building was the object of research in this paper. ance of concrete-filled-tube unified theory and the design formula of axial compression strength bearingof concrete filled steel tubular axial compression strength raised by the author, an industrial building was de -signed that used hollow concrete filled steel tubular columns, while the factory counterpats underwent compara -tive analysis with pure steel column under the equivalent stiffness conditions. Besides we investigated the struc-ture of the important parameters for seismic performances, and compared the economic benefits with the equivalent stiffness conditions, the capital on top measuring displacement of hollow concrete filled steel tubular column industrial building was smaller than that of pure steel structure columns, while the bottom of the column reaction was bigger. Besides,hollow concrete filled steel tubular column workshop can save 6 % cost.
