音乐背景下语言诱导干预对剖宫产产妇应激反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐背景下语言诱导干预对剖宫产妇女应激反应的影响。方法将100例行剖宫产的产妇按收到手术通知单的时间顺序编码,偶数为对照组(50例),奇数为实验组(50例)。对照组进入手术室给予常规护理,实验组进入手术室后开始播放背景音乐2min及指导语10min,然后播放有婴幼儿图片的视频文件直至胎儿从子宫取出。最后继续播放背景音乐25min。观察2组产妇干预前后焦虑、疼痛评分及血压、心率值。结果干预后实验组疼痛评分、焦虑评分、血压值、心率值均显著低于对照组。结论音乐背景下语言诱导干预有助于减轻剖宫产产妇疼痛及焦虑情绪,并对血压及心率的稳定有着积极影响。Objective To explore the effect of language intervention with background music on the stress response of women giving cesarean delivery. Methods One hundred puerperas toreceive the cesarean section were divided into an experimental group （n =50） according to odd and even of operation number. The women of the experimental groupstarted to listen to the music for 2 minutes after entering the operating room,followed by 10minutes of background music and verbal guidance, then infants＇ photos showing with background music,at last,25 minutes of background muisc. Those in the control group receivedafter entering the operating room. The anxiety, pain,heart rate and blood pressure were observedbefore and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the scores of all the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion Thelanguage intervention with the background music helps to reduce the pain and anxiety and has apositive impact on the stability of blood pressure and heart rate of women undergoing the cesareansection.
