综合护理干预对老年精神障碍患者住院期间安全性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对老年精神障碍患者住院期间安全性的影响。方法选取精神科住院的2014年8月-2015年1月的66例患者为对照组,2015年2~7月的66例患者为实验组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组采用综合护理干预模式进行护理。干预2周后,比较2组患者安全事件发生情况及2组患者家属的满意度。结果实验组安全事故发生情况少于对照组(Z=-2.049,P=0.040),实验组患者家属满意度显著高于对照组(Z=-4.963,P<0.001)。结论综合护理干预可提高老年精神障碍患者住院期间的安全性,并能有效提高家属的满意度。Objective T o evaluate th e effect of th e com p reh ens iv e n ursin g on h ospi tal izationsafe ty of elderly pa t ients with men ta l d isabili ties. Methods Six ty -s ix psych ia tric p a t ien tshospitalized between Augus t 2014 and Janu a ry 2015 were selected into a control group, whilea nothe r 66 hospitalized between Februa ry 2015 to Ju ly 2015 were chosen into an ex p erimen ta l group. Th e control group was given ro u tin e nur s ing, while th e ex p erim en ta l group was provided with comp reh ens iv e n u rsin g . Af te r two weeks of interve nt ion, th e sa fe ty ev ents and family satisfa ct io n were compared between th e 2 gro up s. Results T h e o ccurrence ra te of safe ty accidents of theex p erimen ta l group was s ignif icantly lower th an that in th e control group （Z = -2. 0 4 9, P = 0 . 040）, while th e satisfa ct io n of th e fo rme r was sign if ic an tly h igh e r th an th e lat ter （Z = -4. 9 6 3, P 〈0. 0 0 1 ）. Conclusion T h e comp reh ens iv e n u rs in g can improve th e safe ty and family satisfa ct io n of th e elderlyhospitalized p a t ients with mental disabilities.
