高压氧与多沙唑嗪对Ⅲ型前列腺炎的治疗效果及对细胞因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨高压氧联合多沙唑嗪对Ⅲ型前列腺炎的治疗效果,及对症状积分和细胞因子水平的影响。方法:回顾性分析2012年2月~2014年10月在我院接受治疗的Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者的临床资料,根据其治疗方式分为多沙唑嗪治疗组和多沙唑嗪联合高压氧治疗组。比较两组治疗前后前列腺液常规、症状积分、细胞因子水平和不良反应的差别。结果:两组治疗前卵磷脂小体和白细胞均数无差别(t=-0.076、0.144,p=0.470、0.659),治疗后,联合治疗组的卵磷脂小体高于多沙唑嗪治疗组(t=-9.733,P<0.001)。结论:高压氧联合多沙唑嗪对Ⅲ型前列腺炎有较好的治疗效果,可明显改善患者的临床症状和实验室指标,且不良反应发生率低。Object ive： To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with doxazosin for type Ⅲ prostatitis, andeffects on symptoms and cytokine levels. Methods： The clinical data of patients with type prostatitis treated in our hospital from Feb 2012 toOct 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment methods are divided into doxazosin treatment group and doxazosin com-bined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy group. Comparison of the two groups before and after the treatment of prostate l iquid conventional, symptom scores, the difference between the level of cytokines and adverse reactions. Results ： The two groups ber of lecithin white blood cells were no difference （t= - 0. 076 , 0. 144 , P = 0. 470 , 0. 659） , after treatment , the combined therapy group was higher than that of lecithin corpuscle doxazosin treatment group （ = - 9. 733,P 〈 0. 001）. Conclusion ： Hyperbaric oxygen combined with doxazosin has better therapeutic effects on type Ⅲ prostatitis,c linical symptoms and laborattients ,low incideece of adverse reactions.
