摘　　要：翻转机是粉状材料烧结匣钵自动化装卸料成套设备中的主要功能设备。以咸阳当地最新研制的翻转机为依据,从设备整体布局、部件结构设计、相关参数确定等方面,全面介绍了翻转机的设计思路,提出了翻转机使用中可能出现的问题。所设计的翻转机结构合理、布局紧凑、工作可靠、成本较低,能够完全满足匣钵自动化生产线工艺要求。Turning machine is an equipment with the main function in a complete sets of equipment of the material sintering mate-rial handling automation sagger. By local newly developed turning machine as the basis, from aspects of integral layout of the equip-ment ,structure design of components and related parameters determination, and others, a comprehensive introduction was made to the turning machine design concept and the problem likely to occur in turning machine use was put forward. The designed structure of turn-ing machine is reasonable, compact in layout, reliable in operation and lower cost, which can fully satisfy the needs in automation pro-duction line technology of a sagger turning machine.
