摘  要:针对深海环境,压力表工作存在高背压的情况,研究波登管承受极大外压应力时的应变-压力特性,探究压力表能否有效工作。基于ANSYS建立波登管的非线性有限元模型。通过对高背压与无背压环境下工作的C型波登管有限元仿真分析,比较两种工况下的应力与应变分布,得出C型波登管在高背压环境下的应变-压力特性,并在深海模拟舱内进行试验验证。仿真结果表明:深海高背压环境会使波登管最大应变量缩小,最大误差为1.0%,在有效工作允许范围内;应力分布不变,最大应力减小。C型波登管压力表在高背压环境下工作示数减小,但压力表示数误差在工作允许范围内。在高背压条件下波登管不会失效,压力表可以有效工作。Aiming at the pressure gauge works in the deep sea environment under high ambient pressure, research was carried out on the stress and strain characteristics of the bourdon tube under great pressure stress in deep sea environment to explore the pressure gauge can work effectively or not. The nonlinear finite element model ( FEM) of bourdon tube was established based on ANSYS. Through the finite element analysis (FEA) simulation of C type bourdon tube under high ambient pressure and non-ambient pressure, two kinds of working conditions were compared to find out the stress and strain characteristics of the bourdon tube under high ambient pressure. Testing was carried out in deep sea simulation cabin to prove the results. The simulation results show that the deep sea high pressure environment will reduce the maximum strain of the bourdon tube, with the maximum error is 1. 0% within the range of the al-lowable error. The stress distribution is constant, and the maximum stress decreases. The deep sea high pressure environment will make the working number of C type bourdon tube pressure gauge decreases, but the number error is within the allowable working range. No failure of the bourdon tube works under high pressure, and the pressure gauge can work effectively.
