摘 要:以往对双圆弧齿轮的啮合特性研究中没有考虑螺旋角的影响。文中对因螺旋角的不同而导致双圆弧齿轮啮合点位置关系变化进行了分类讨论,重新考虑齿轮螺旋角对双圆弧齿轮啮合系数区间划分的影响,计算了不同螺旋角时的多点啮合系数以及多对齿啮合系数,并给出了双圆弧齿轮啮合特性表。研究结果完善了双圆弧齿轮的啮合特性,并对后续多圆弧齿轮啮合特性计算提供了参考。The previous researches of the meshing characteristics of double circular arc gear do not consider the influence of heli-cal angle. The classified discussion was made of changing rule of the distance of different meshing points that depend on different helical angle of the gear. The influence on interval division of factor by different helical angle was considered again. There was a table given for meshing characteristics of the gear, and the multi-point mesh factor and multi-pairs tooth mesh factor were calculated at different helical angle. The research result makes perfect the meshing characteristics of the gear, and provides reference for following research of double circular arc gear, quadruple-arc gear, and so on.
