摘 要:运用ANSYS对该床身进行有限元模态分析,得到其前三阶固有频率和振型;运用DHMA模态分析系统对床身进行模态测试,得出其相应的模态参数。将模态分析结果与实验结果对比发现,每个阶次对应的固有频率相差不大且振型结果相近。说明所得到的床身动态特性结果是正确的,且床身的动态特性满足设计要求。ANSYS was used to carry out the finite element modal ( FEM) analysis of the grinder bed and the first three natural frequencies and mode shapes were obtained. With the DHMA modal analysis system, the modal test of bed was carried out. The modal parameters were obtained. The results of modal analysis and modal test were compared, and it was found that corresponding to each or-der, the natural frequencies had no much difference and results of mode shapes are similar. This proves that the obtained results of dy-namic characteristics are correct and the dynamic characteristics of the bed can meet the design requirements.
