芪明颗粒联合普罗碘铵离子导入治疗单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察芪明颗粒联合普罗碘铵离子导入治疗单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)的临床疗效。方法将88例单纯型DR患者随机分为2组,2组患者均常规给予控制血糖治疗,对照组58例加芪明颗粒治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加普罗碘铵离子导入治疗,疗程为3个月。比较2组治疗前后眼底微血管瘤、出血、硬性渗出及软性渗出改善情况,统计比较2组临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后眼底微血管瘤、出血、硬性渗出及软性渗出均较本组治疗前明显改善,且治疗组眼底出血较对照组改善明显,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后眼底微血管瘤、硬性渗出及软性渗出无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率83.33%,对照组72.41%,2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪明颗粒具有改善单纯型DR患者眼底病变的作用,联合普罗碘铵离子导入疗效更好,尤其是对眼底出血的吸收效果更佳。] Objective To observe the clinical effects of Qiming granule combined with prolonium iodide ion-tophoresis on the treatment of simplex diabetic retinopathy （DR）. Methods 88 patients with simple DR were ran-domly divided into two groups, all patients were routinely given the treatment of control diabetes, the control group （ n = 58） was treated by Qiming granule, the treatment group （ n = 30） were treated by prolonium iodide iontophoresis on the basis of control group, the treatment course was 3 months. The improvement fundus micro hemangioma, hem-orrhage ,hard exudates and soft exudates before and after treatment were compared in two groups, and the clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results The fundus micro hemangioma, hemorrhage and exudates after treat-ment were significantly improved in two groups, and the improvement of ocular fundus hemorrhage in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group with statistical differences （ P 〈 0 .0 5 ） . There were no statistical differ-ence on fundus micro hemangioma and exudates after treatment in two groups （P 〉0. 05） . The total effective rate in treatment group （83. 33% ） was superior to that in control group （72. 41% ） with no statistical difference （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Qiming granule has the effect of improving the fundus lesion on simple DR patients, and it combined prolonium iodide iontophoresis has better effects, especially for the absorption of fundus hemorrhage.
