摘　　要：满足农民精神文化需求,切实保障农民文化权益,不仅是农村文化建设的根本目标,也是河北整体协调发展的关键所在。针对目前河北出现的农民文化意识薄弱、农村文化产品供给不足、文化娱乐方式单一等问题,从政府层面、农民自身层面等探讨相应的对策。Meeting the peasants＊ spiritual culture needs and protecting their rights and interests, is not only the basic goal of the rural cultural construction, but also the key to the overall coordination development in Hebei Province. For the problems such as the weakness of the peasant＊ culture sense, lack of cultural products and the single way of cultural entertainment in Hebei Province at present, some countermeasures from the sides of the government and peasants are probed.
