摘 要:京津冀城市群是我国参与全球竞争与国际分工的重要地域单元。从经济环境水平、科技教育环境水平、社会环境水平三个维度构建了京津冀城市群人才吸引力评价指标体系。京津冀城市群在人才吸引能力方面内部发展不平衡,北京、天津"双核"格局突出,河北省各城市与京津两市之间在吸引人才方面存在较大差距。京津冀城市群要通过合理区域规划、找准城市定位、优化城市功能等方面提升京津冀区域人才吸引的整体水平。Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is an important regional unit for China to participate in global competition and international division of labor. In this paper, from the three dimensions of economic environment science and technology education environment and social environment to construct the evaluation index system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration talent attraction. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration in the talent to attract capacity within the development of internal imbalance. The "dual-core" pattern about Beijing and Tianjin is prominent. There is a big gap among the city of Hebei Province, Beijing and Tianjin in attracting talent. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration should enhance the development quality of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional talent attractiveness through the rational regional planning, identify the city positioning, optimize the city function and so on.
