摘　　要：为了提升神华集团货车制动系统的检修水平,对集团车辆检修基地既有制动室工艺设计进行研究。在分析既有制动室存在的问题后,根据铁总最新文件要求和业内发展方向,提出神木北制动室检修工艺标准化建设方案,并运用智能信息化系统进行优化设计。研究成果可为神华集团其他车辆检修基地及铁路其他类似项目设计提供借鉴。In order to improve the maintenance level of wagon brake system, this paper studies the process design of the brake workshop in Shenhua group wagon maintenance base. After analyzing the existing problems in the brake workshop, the paper puts forward maintenance process standardization program according to the latest documentation requirements of China Railway Corporation and industrial development trend,and optimizes the design using intelligent information system. The research results may provide reference for other wagon maintenance bases of Shenhua Group and for the design of similar railway projects.
