摘  要:研究了阻氧管材阻氧性能的影响因素,包括阻氧层乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)的乙烯含量、阻氧层壁厚、加工温度等。结果表明,EVOH的乙烯含量越低,阻氧性能越好;阻氧层壁厚和EVOH牌号相关,一般阻氧层壁厚为0.08~0.10mm;EVOH层的加工温度对管材的阻氧性能影响不明显。The article reported the analysis of the influence factors for the oxygen permeability of oxygen barrier pipes,and these factors include the ethylene content of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH),the wall thickness of oxygen barrier layer and the processing temperatures.The results indicated that the lower the ethylene content of EVOH,the better the oxygen barrier performance.There was a correlation between the wall thickness of oxygen barrier layer and EVOH brand.Generally,the thickness of barrier oxygen layer thickness was in the range of 0.08~0.10 mm.There was no significant influence observed from the processing temperature of EVOH layer on the oxygen barrier performance of the pipes.
