摘  要:纸尿裤边角料绒毛浆纤维中夹杂着超吸水性树脂(Super Absorbent Polymer,SAP),存在回用困难的问题.通过添加化学品的方式,改变超吸水性树脂的凝胶状态,实现纸尿裤边角料绒毛浆纤维的有效回用.采用动态滤水仪测试样品的滤水性能,环境扫描电子显微镜表征样品结构,超景深显微镜表征纸张的表面形貌.结果表明:添加无机铝盐,可以明显改善原料的滤水性能,可以改变SAP的凝胶状态,成纸无纸病.Diapers offcut fluff pulp fiber mix with Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) that were recycled difficultly. The paper, SAP was exploded by adding chemicals, that led to recycling of diapers of:^cut fluff pulp fiber was come ture. The iiltering performance of the sample was tested by dynamic iilter water meter, structure o f sample was tested by environmental scan-ning electron microscope,the surface morphology o f the paper was studied by super depth o f Held microscope. Results show the iltering performance of raw material can signiicantly im-prove with adding inorganic aluminum satt. The SAP gel state can be changed with adding in-organic aluminum salt,and no disease into paper.
