摘 要:苏75井区属于典型"三低"气藏,储层普遍含气,气层普遍有水。气井投产后,普遍产水,产量低,递减快。井区平均单井产量1.0×10~4 m^3/d,产量低导致产水气井携液能力减弱,易造成气井普遍出水,井筒普遍积液。结合苏75井区积液井生产特征,研究、摸索泡沫排水采气、气举排水采气、柱塞气举排水采气等工艺及其适应性,形成了排水采气工艺技术系列。各项排水采气工艺措施的实施,确保了井区产水井的连续稳定生产。Block Su 75 was a typical gas reservoir with low pressure,low permeability and low abundance,it was characterized by gas being generally contained in reservoirs and water being generally contained in gas layers.After gas well was put into production,water production was generally produced,the gas production output was low,and the production was declined quickly.The average single well output was 1×10~4 m^3/d in the block,which caused the decrease of the liquid carrying capacity in the water producing gas well,it was easy to induce generally water production in the gas wells and fluid collection in the well bore.In the block,combined with the production characteristics of effusion wells,the gas recovery by foam drainage,gas recovery by gas lifting drainage and gas recovery by plunger gas lifting drainage and the other technologies and their adaptability were researched and explored,by which a series of drainage gas recovery technology was established.The implementation of various measures of drainage gas recovery ensures the continuous and stable production of water production wells in the wellblock.
